Attorney Shabnam Mashmasarmi is an experienced attorney who focuses her practice on real estate, estate planning, and business formation. In May 2015, Attorney Mashmasarmi was designated to serve as a Foreclosure Commissioner for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. She believes that giving each client personal and undivided attention and the utmost respect is the key to developing a positive attorney-client relationship. Attorney Mashmasarmi was selected, based on a vote of all licensed attorneys in the state and a review by an independent blue ribbon panel, as a "Rising Star" as published in Boston Magazine and New England Super Lawyers in 2014 and 2015.

Attorney Jahangir Jay Zaheer is an experienced Real Estate Attorney. Jay has always been fascinated by Real Estate Law and has been involved in Real Estate since 2003. Jay’s love for the Real Estate field and outgoing personality has landed him as a regular guest speaker at First-Time Home Buyer Seminars in Bradford, Haverhill, Malden, Medford Newburyport and Saugus, MA and he also appeared as a guest speaker for the Boston Bar Association. Jay passionately explains, “It takes motivation, drive, patience and a whole lot of elbow grease. Yes, I do pick up a client call at 11pm on a Saturday and meet clients after hours, and it is initial sacrifices like these that get a lawyer repeat business. Make each client feel like they are your only client.”

Attorney Morjieta Derisier is a native of Boston and currently resides in the South Shore. She is a graduate of Suffolk University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a minor in Business. At Suffolk University she was a Trustee’s Ambassador and worked closely with the Admissions office. She was also a member of the honor society Alpha Delta Sigma. Shortly thereafter, she attended the Massachusetts School of Law (“MSL”) for her legal degree. While at MSL, she was member/participant of the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition (“TMMTC”). The TMMTC consists of teams of law school students who compete locally in the northeast area and then nationally against schools across the country. As a member of this completion, her team excelled to make it to the national level two years in a row. Additionally, while at MSL, she was the president of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity as well as the Black Law Student Association. In her current capacity Attorney Derisier is a Member of the Suffolk Lawyers for Justice, a criminal law panel that assists indigent residents in Suffolk County. She has also participated on the Volunteer Lawyers Project assisting low income residents with varies types of Cases.
Additionally Attorney Derisier is a part-time professor at Roxbury Community College preparing students to sit for the state sponsored real estate salespersons exam and is also a licensed broker at Millennial Realty Group.
